PCC Political Mailing Postal Seminar

Tuesday, July 31st at 6:00 p.m.

Providence Main Post Office

The Political Season is here and as the general election approaches, candidates, their supporters, and organizations opposed or for ballot measures, will need a proven method to communicate with voters.  The Providence Postal Customer Council (PCC) wants to be a resource to Candidates, Political Mail Consultants, and Mail Service Providers by hosting this free PCC Political Mailing Postal Seminar.

You are invited to join us on Tuesday, July 31st at 6:00 p.m. at the Providence Main Post Office, 24 Corliss Street, Providence, RI.

The PCC and the USPS representatives are ready to facilitate solutions for voter communication via Direct Mail. We’ll go over preparations of a mail piece, including design, printing and mailing.

Don’t miss this opportunity to learn how you can reach your constituents. Please register by email to donna.l.machala@usps.gov.

We look forward to meeting you and wish you luck with your campaign.

The Postal Customer Council is a postal-sponsored organization. The mission of the PCC Program is to:

  • Promote local cooperation and support and to foster a close working relationship between the U.S. Postal Service and all businesses that use the mail to communicate and interact with their customers.
  • Share information and facilitate the exchange of ideas about new and existing Postal Service products, programs, services, and procedures that affect all businesses that use the mail.
  • Help PCC industry members and their organizations grow and develop professionally through focused educational programs.
